Finding Another Way to Conceive with Vulvodynia

My husband and I were married in 2019. Because of vulvodynia, conceiving naturally was difficult for us, so we decided to try an at-home insemination approach and we kept going with it over several months.

In early 2022 we finally conceived, and later that year we welcomed our daughter.

We are incredibly grateful that we found a way that worked for us.

For a variety of reasons that can vary wildly from one couple to another, natural conception through typical intercourse may not always be possible, or extremely/excessively difficult. There are options out there, like IVF through clinics, but costs are prohibitive, processes stringent and inflexible.
